TERMS AND SERVICES

GENERAL

The requests can be accepted or denied at the designer's discretion. You will not be charged for a
request that is denied.When you pay through Stripe, you will receive a copy of this document for you to download. It
is highly encouraged to read through this document carefully, so that if any questions are to arise,
you can ask the designer before any major changes are made to your request.The process in which your piece is created may be teased/posted on social media apps
(@katairlgraphics) or (@kata_irl), before the design is finalized. The discretion is up to the
requester (you) if you wish for the design to be shared early, or only after it is complete. The
same applies to streams through discord or on twitch.Please note that your designer has a schedule that may or may not change depending on the week
or month in which your request is processed

PAYMENT

Payment is only accepted in USD ($).As mentioned prior, payment will be received through Stripe, with full payment being made after
the project and its terms are discussed with the designer, and before the designer is finished with
your product.If the designer is unable to complete your project in a satisfactory time frame, or you simply
wish to withdraw your request, you will be granted a full refund.Once the first draft is completed, there will be no refund given unless any deadline set for the
final draft (E.g, 3-5 days) is unable to be met.

PROCESS

Deadlines will be discussed during the intial conversation between the requester (you) and the
designer, on what your standards are for the project. Please note that any deadlines may increase
your price, and are subject to the designer's discretion in terms of acceptance or rejection of said
deadlines.A portfolio of the designers work will be shown to you, as to demonstrate what is within and
outside of the designer's capabilities. A comprehensive list of things outside of your deisgner's
capabilities can be found in the "ADDITIONAL NOTICES" section at the end of this document.As referenced earlier, you will be shown a first draft (a "work in progress") to make sure that the
project is to your satisfaction, and to discuss any changes you wish for your designer to make.
You are able to request as many "progress checks" as you wish before the completion of the final
draft.If you wish to have something substantial added to your project, this may incur extra fees
depending on the labor it would take to add said changes. Smaller revisions are acceptable, with
no extra charge.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE TERMS

By default, the designer retains all rights to the designs and the client must use the designs for
their intended purpose only.The client must credit the designer by username (@katairlgraphics) or (@kata_irl) in the relevant
places when the designs are posted within the limits of social media.The client does not have the right to repurpose, redistribute, or modify any of the design work
unless communicated and agreed on with the designer prior to any payment.

ADDITIONAL NOTICES

Under this section of the terms and service, you will find the list of modifications, requests, or
otherwise that are unable to be fulfilled by your designer:- Any requests outside of the style presented within the portfolio
- Animation requests
- Logos
- Video EditingIf you wish to cancel any request made to your designer, feel free to ask for recommendations for
other artists that may better suit your needs!
